Group Personal Training

We recognise that some people struggle to get the best out of their training. For some, working in small groups can feel far more motivating than training alone, and having a familiar group to meet and train with makes every session something to look forward to.

 

Getting together with a group of like-minded colleagues or friends is a great bonding and learning experience and can be highly motivational, making training and getting fit fun.

 

It’s all about your perception when it comes to fitness and all our Group Training sessions will be the motivational boost you may need.

 

At The Performance Trainer, we offer Group Personal Training sessions both virtually and in-person, from 2-6 people.
