We are a private Personal Training studio in St Johns, Woking, working with men and women of all ages and abilities who want to prioritise their fitness and achieve a healthy body and mind-set.

We offer both virtual and in-person Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning and Sports Therapy sessions, combining the latest advancements in training methods and technology to successfully help over 400 people reach their goals.

Matthew Copp

The Performance Trainer's head coach is Matthew Copp, an ex-military, Reps Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer, Conditioning Coach and Sports Injuries Therapist. With an illustrious career stretching over 2 decades in the fitness industry, including many years in professional sport, Matthew has developed a hugely successful and unique coaching system by using his vast experience, both as a trainer and as a competitive athlete, to help people hit their goals.

Gemma Cory

The Performance Trainer's other incredible coach is Gemma Cory, a Reps Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer and Conditioning expert specialising in fitness for women, strength and conditioning and behavioral change. Gemma qualified as a Personal Trainer following a successful corporate career as she believes so passionately in physical fitness and its impact on quality of life and wellbeing. She is driven by a belief in the power of exercise to sustain and enhance mental and physical health.
